I am a LVT ( lisenced veterinary techinician) that just graduated from Suny Suffolk in Long island Ny. I am originally from Albany and I am looking to relocate back home for residency. I have a 5 yr old yellow lab/ terrier mix ( 65 lbs) and a 2 year old female spayed calico cat ( 9 lbs), I am a responisble pet owner and my animals are both trained and friendly. I am looking for a one or two bedroom apartment, preferably with heat and hot water included, a yard is a bonus but not required. Needs to be spacios enough for my animals, Im not looking for a studio. I am currently living in an apartment in Long island that I signed a one year lease on and it will be up july 15th 2013. Looking to move in july 1st 2013 so I have time to move things upstate. I have references from 3 previous landlords and Im open to a credit/background check. I currently work two jobs and have pay stubs if needed. I do have a job set up for when I return to albany as well, all i need is a apartment!!
