Hi, I am desperate need of a place to rent by Feb 1st as my lease is up here. I had a place locked in but yesterday the lunatic landlord flaked & took my deposit but emailed me that she no longer wanted to rent to me because I asked her to hook up the washer & dryer. I kid you not. would be happy to send you her emails!. I have 2 dogs...a 12 yr old beagle weighing in at 25 lbs and a basset mix weighing in at 30 lbs. they are neat & clean and quiet. they get along with all pets, very friendly and only bark when the doorbell rings. Me: I'm 35, employed full time at Albany Medical Center, I would I like going out to watch my friend's band play but otherwise am pretty quiet. I like doing anything outdoors and I love cooking, reading, and I actually like to clean (it calms me!) can afford up to $500 month rent + my share of utilities.
