Silhouette Optical, Ltd. is in search of Customer Service Agents to answer inbound phone calls from our customers and enter their orders into an AS400 computer system. Our Customer Service Agents provide the highest quality customer service to our accounts at all times. Agents must have the ability to multitask, be friendly, and provide outstanding customer service at all times. Silhouette Optical, Ltd. offers a competitive benefit package including a company matching 401 (k), medical insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, primarily in a Call Center or retail environment. Hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 10:30 am to 7pm.
